Messaging terms

ENSL ENTERPRISE LLC, doing business as Krazy Bins, offers optional promotional email and text subscriptions. The SMS program uses (833) 720-0151. Messages may include store offers, restock announcements, and rewards promotions.

Signing up

You must provide a mobile number you control and explicitly agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts. Text signup is separate from email signup. Consent is not a condition of purchase or participation in rewards. Submitting a number does not complete enrollment. Follow the confirmation instructions: enter the code on our signup form, or reply Y or YES to a requested text confirmation.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Krazy Bins does not charge a subscription fee for this messaging program. Your carrier's charges may still apply.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to stop promotional texts. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or email info@krazybins.com. Use an email campaign's unsubscribe link to stop promotional emails.

After an unsubscribe, only you can request a new subscription through a fresh signup and verification. Staff changes and imports cannot restore it. If your carrier requires START to release a number-level block, that step alone does not restore your subscription in our app.

Phone numbers and delivery

If you change or give up your number, unsubscribe first and register your new number separately if you want to keep receiving texts. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable because of carrier coverage, device settings, network conditions, or service interruptions. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

These terms cover the messaging program. Individual offers may have their own dates, availability, and redemption conditions, stated with the offer.
