Messaging privacy notice

ENSL ENTERPRISE LLC, doing business as Krazy Bins, operates this email and text messaging program. This notice covers information used for the program.

Information we use

When you sign up, we collect the email address or mobile number you provide, your optional name, and your channel choices. Text signup also asks for your state and time zone. We record the consent wording and version, signup and verification times, and a protected identifier derived from the signup request's IP address to help prevent abuse.

We keep messaging activity such as delivery results, replies, and unsubscribe requests. When customer records can be matched, Krazy Bins may use store preferences, visits, and purchase history to select relevant offers. Joining a rewards program or making a purchase does not itself enroll you in marketing.

How information is shared

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own use. Service providers, including Telnyx, may process information only as needed to operate the program, deliver messages, protect the service, and honor opt-outs. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Your choices

Email and text subscriptions are separate. Use the unsubscribe link in a campaign email to stop marketing emails. Reply STOP to a text to stop marketing texts. You can also request help or an opt-out by emailing info@krazybins.com.

A previous unsubscribe cannot be reversed by a staff edit or a list import. To rejoin, you must complete a fresh signup and verification yourself. A carrier block may also require you to text START to the same number. START alone does not subscribe you in our app.

Retention and protection

We retain consent and messaging records to operate the program and document your choices. We keep the minimum suppression records needed to avoid contacting people who have opted out, including when other contact information is removed, as permitted or required by law. Access to the program is restricted to authorized staff and service providers, with server-side credentials, access controls, and protected connections.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Deletion requests do not automatically erase records we must retain to honor an opt-out or meet legal obligations.
